By accessing or using Stockade ("the Service") at stockademarketsim.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Description of Service

Stockade is a free, browser-based stock and cryptocurrency trading simulator. The Service is intended for educational and entertainment purposes only. All trading on Stockade is conducted using virtual, simulated money with no real-world monetary value. No real assets, currencies, or financial instruments are purchased, sold, or transferred through the Service.

Stockade does not require registration and can be used immediately by anyone with a compatible web browser. Your simulation data is stored locally in your browser and is not held on our servers.

Not Financial Advice

Nothing on Stockade constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Service is designed solely to help users learn about trading mechanics in a risk-free simulated environment. Any strategies, techniques, or results observed within the simulator do not represent advice to trade real financial markets, and past simulated performance is not indicative of future real-world results.

You should consult a licensed financial adviser before making any real investment decisions.

Permitted Use

You may use the Service for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any malicious code into the Service.
• Misrepresent simulated results as real trading performance for commercial gain or to mislead others.
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service in a way that disrupts its normal operation.

Virtual Currency

The virtual balance (starting at $100,000 USD equivalent) provided within the simulator has absolutely no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for real money or any other asset. Accumulating virtual profits within Stockade confers no financial rights or entitlements whatsoever.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Simulated price data used in Stockade is generated algorithmically and does not represent real market prices. Any resemblance to actual market movements is coincidental.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stockade and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to any financial losses incurred in real markets as a result of strategies tested on the simulator.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including maintenance, updates, or permanent closure. Since no account or personal data is held on our servers, there is no data to delete upon termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
